Some homes have been equipped with a 24-hour automatic check-in system.

In front of the front door you will find a small metal box that can be opened with the code you will find in the welcome email, inside there will be the key to access the house; once you have collected the key, please close the box.

Where it was not possible to install automatic check-in, a time will be agreed for the collection of the keys in front of the house door.

The Manual is always present in paper form inside the house, but, to dispel any doubts, a video version of the Manual is always sent before arrival with a clear explanation of everything: from where to park to how to solve the problems of power supply.

All our homes are equipped with fast connection, usually (where possible) based on optical fiber. In case of failure to connect, replacement devices will be promptly provided which will still allow surfing the net.

According to the location of the house (condominium with satellite visibility, single house or condominium without satellite visibility), this is supplied with satellite systems or with cable TV on demand: Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc ...

The type of television service activated is specified for each house; some houses are also equipped with a Hi-Fi piped music system.

Our homes join the "Traveling books" project: after you have finished reading your book, leave it in the house and get a new one in exchange (as an anti-Covid measure, new books will not be available immediately).

A DVD collection is present for each house.

In the lounge or relaxation area you will find playing cards, chessboards and board games to pass the time when it is raining outside or when you feel like doing it.

There will also be some crayons and sheets of paper to entertain your children.

A compendium of restaurants, pubs, pizzerias and more is present in the documentation of our homes; for excursions you can ask us directly: we will provide you with ready-made itineraries to follow that will allow you to save the cost of tourist guides.

And if you want more direct help, you can always request a visit from us to organize your itineraries together; in case of difficulties with the language we will book for you!

Have you forgotten to bring any power adapters or mobile phone charger? No problem! Please ask us for it, we will give you some behind a small deposit which of course will be returned in full at check-out.

In the kitchen you will always find a basket with coffee, tea, sugar, jams of various flavors, honey and more: help yourself! If you still need them please let us know and we will restock asap.

The next day, according to the organizational possibilities, we will have the pleasure of offering you typical sweets specially prepared for your breakfast: one of our many ways to thank you for your choice.

We offer a transfer service at competitive prices and a NCC service to the main Sicilian tourist destinations.

These services are to be requested from time to time and their price varies according to the participants.

In each house you will always find a supply of plates (soup plates, tops and fruit), glasses, cups and cutlery proportional to the maximum number of occupants for each property.

For the kitchen you will find small and large pans, water kettle, milk kettle and traditional teapot.

Each house is equipped with a Brita purifying jug, in order to always guarantee drinking and quality water.

At our guests' disposal a selection of the best typical Sicilian products at truly amazing prices: it will be possible to order from fresh fish (with at least one day's notice) to the best Sicilian wines.

The order will be delivered directly to the holiday homes; once back home you can still order and receive everything at your home through our e-commerce system.

You will find a supply of salt, extra virgin olive oil and spices: oregano, chilli and other typical aromas of our land, all in single dose packs as an anti-Covid measure.

Our homes are equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke and co2 detectors and electric lifesavers.

We boast a quick assistance service in case of breakdowns: we usually intervene, during working hours, within one hour of the report and with a solution of the problem within the day.

You will find all the necessary sheets according to the number of guests.

Our basic bathroom package includes: three towels, shower, face and guest; it is also possible to request bathrobes, subject to availability, at the cost of simple washing. Two sets of kitchen towels are also provided, plus a full set of sponges.

The basic appliances for the kitchen are: the oven, the hob, the electric water kettle and the fridge, most houses also have a microwave oven.

A hairdryer is also provided for each bathroom and the laundry room has a washing machine and, in some cases, a dryer as well. Iron and ironing board are always present.

The houses are supplied with brooms, rags and sticks for the floor, along with all the necessary cleaning products.
